What are the payment options?
All prices are indicated in euros and include VAT.
Accepted payment methods are credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
You can also finance your purchase with Klarna.
Shipping
- Cost and delivery times
Orders within the European Union:
Shipping is completely free for countries within the European Union. Delivery time is between 1 and 3 business days.
International orders:
Shipping costs for countries outside the European Union are 50€. Delivery time is between 5 and 10 business days.
For shipments to countries outside the EU, customs duties and other taxes (tariffs) at the destination are not included; these costs must be borne by the customer.
- Is my order insured?
We work with UPS and as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your order tracking number. With this, you can track your order at any time and it is fully insured.
Most items will be shipped within 24-48 hours.
We are not responsible for delays caused during special periods (Christmas, sales, etc.) or due to destination customs clearance processes, and delivery time may be longer than usual.
- International customs duties and import taxes
International customers residing outside the EU are responsible for all customs duties, tariffs, and import taxes incurred on the shipment.
Tariffs, taxes, and import charges are not included in the price or shipping costs.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine any additional costs.
Exchanges and Returns
You can return or exchange your item within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt.
You will need to contact us at info@lastlove.eu providing your order number.
We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange for the package to be collected by our courier and to provide you with the return label.
After 48 hours from the receipt of the bag, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
The return cost will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.
Return costs:
- European countries with all-risk insurance: 20€.
- Countries outside Europe with all-risk insurance: 50€.
Last Love will proceed to refund the amount paid minus the shipping costs once the returned product has been received and checked to verify that the item is in its original condition and with the label.
The refund will be made within a maximum of 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of receipt. All refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.
Last Love reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent outside the set period or items that are not in the same condition as they were received.
Returned items without authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges/returns of sales made for professional companies are not accepted.
For purchases outside the European Union:
Any loss/difference due to currency conversion is not our responsibility.
Return expenses, as well as any previously unreported damage, must be covered by the customer.
